Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost. Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.
