We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, email support@nestshop.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
